N-400 Application for Naturalization
Naturalization is the process which grants U.S. citizenship to a foreign citizen or national after they fulfill the requirements established by Congress in the Immigration and Nationality Act. We can be invaluable in helping you avoid delays or denial or complete requests for evidence during this complex process. We regularly assist individuals with complex cases such as those involving extended absences from the U.S., prior criminal history, and financial support for children abroad.

For every case, we provide:
1. A thoughtful and detailed review of your background, identifying any legal issues that may affect your case.
2. A clear personalized strategy which highlights any issues, providing proper solutions.
3. Assistance in collecting all the information and documents required for your application, including: court document requests, transfer of prior attorney files, MVA Records, IRS tax transcripts, etc.
4. Preparation of all forms and supporting documentation to present a clearly approvable case to the government.
5. Provide reliable and constant communication without the worry of additional hourly fees or hidden expenses.
6. A thorough Preparation Meeting to ensure you are ready and understand the process before you go for interview.
7. Response in a timely manner to any USCIS requests for evidence or questions about your case. We will inform you at each milestone of the process, such as receipt notices or biometrics appointments.
